A complete styling experience for a home that feels beautifully curated.

Whether you've just moved in, are renovating or your home no longer reflects your style, this collaborative styling service helps create a space that feels warm, welcoming and uniquely yours. From concept through to the finishing touches, every detail is thoughtfully considered to tell your story.

Includes initial site visit and installation day, Styling Pack (moodboard and curated Furniture and Accessories Schedule for each space, sourcing of furniture and decor, final installation and styling.

Room Refresh

A thoughtful transformation without starting from scratch.

Perfect for spaces that need a fresh perspective. Whether it's updating furniture, styling shelves or bringing a room together with those finishing touches, this service helps transform the spaces you use every day into ones you'll love spending time in.

Includes location visit or virtual consultation, Styling Pack (moodboard and curated Furniture and Accessories Schedule), sourcing furniture and decor. Does not include installation.

Welcome to Curated by Curtis. This website is owned and operated by Clare Curtis (ABN 66485809647). By purchasing our styling services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Services Provided

Curated by Curtis offers interior styling services, including design recommendations, mood boards, product sourcing and styling advice. These services are delivered both in person and online and may include in-person consultations, installation, or physical site visits.

2. Advice Disclaimer

Our styling services provide recommendations based on design principles and aesthetic considerations. These are for informational and inspirational purposes only and do not replace professional advice from licensed architects, structural engineers, electricians, or contractors.

Clients are responsible for consulting qualified professionals before making any:

• Structural modifications

• Electrical or plumbing changes

• Load-bearing wall alterations

• Construction or renovation work

Curated by Curtis is not liable for any issues arising from the implementation of design recommendations without proper professional consultation.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

• We will issue an invoice for the service being provided and require this to be paid in full a minimum of 24 business hours prior to the commencement of services. Payment is via direct deposit.

• All sales are final and non-refundable once design work has commenced. Payment of the invoice indicates acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

• If you wish to cancel before work starts, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus processing fees.

4. Gift Cards

• Digital Only: All gift cards issued by Curated by Curtis are digital and will be delivered via email. No physical gift cards will be provided.

• Expiration & Usage: Gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase and can be used for any eligible Curated by Curtis services.

• Non-Refundable: Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or other forms of credit. Once purchased, they cannot be returned or transferred.

• Lost or Stolen Cards: Curated by Curtis is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused gift cards. Treat them like cash and store them securely.

• Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing a gift card, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements, photos and details of their space.

Curated by Curtis is not liable for design issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

6. Intellectual Property & Usage

• All design concepts, mood boards, and documents provided by Curated by Curtis are for personal use only.

• Clients may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of any materials provided.

• Curated by Curtis retains the right to use completed design work for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Curated by Curtis is not responsible for:

• Product availability, quality, or price changes from third-party vendors.

• Delivery issues, damages, or installation errors from furniture or decor suppliers.

• Any injury, damage, or loss resulting from implementing design recommendations.

8. Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Curated by Curtis and its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to the client's use of our design services.

9. Force Majeure

Curated by Curtis shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing services due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet failures, pandemics, governmental restrictions, or supplier disruptions.

10. Modifications & Revisions

Each styling package includes a number of revisions. Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra fees.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing any service from Curated by Curtis, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration before legal action is taken.
